We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address, company name), information from your connected Stripe account needed to detect and recover failed payments (customer email, invoice and subscription metadata — never full card numbers), and basic usage data (log data, device and browser information).

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, detect and recover failed payments on your behalf, send transactional emails (account, billing, and recovery-related), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us operate Franixo: Stripe (payment data source), Paddle (billing for your Franixo subscription), and Brevo (transactional email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Franixo uses only essential cookies required to keep the app working, such as session state. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
