By creating an account or using Franixo (the "Service"), operated by SCOPEONAI LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
Franixo connects to your Stripe account to detect failed subscription payments and attempts to recover them through automatic payment retries and email sequences sent on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription and billing
Franixo is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record for Franixo subscription payments. Fees are described on our Pricing page.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, to interfere with the Service’s operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". Franixo attempts to recover failed payments but does not guarantee that any specific payment will be recovered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCOPEONAI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
