Pricing questions
Is Starter a free plan?
No. Starter is a paid recurring-monitoring plan with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a payment method to start. The separate AI Visibility Report is an $18 one-time purchase and doesn't require an account or subscription.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans include the same entitlements as monthly plans and are billed once per year at a 17% discount.
Are prompt and competitor limits per brand?
No. Prompt and confirmed competitor limits are pooled across all brands in the workspace.
Is there a limit on users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can invite your whole team at no extra cost.
Why does tracking run weekly?
AI answers can change from one request to the next, so a single answer is not a reliable signal. Every week, Franixo asks each prompt multiple times on every AI platform you choose. Repeating the same measurement turns individual answers into a stable signal, so the changes in your weekly report reflect real movement rather than one-off variation.
How does AI platform selection work?
Every plan can choose from all 11 AI platforms: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok and Meta AI, plus the AI Knowledge models Qwen, Mistral and Kimi, which answer from their training data without web search and get their own score outside the AI Visibility Score. Each scan uses up to 3 of them on Starter, 4 on Growth and 5 on Agency, and you can change the selection for each brand at any time. Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode are included on Growth and Agency and don't count toward this limit.
Who processes payments?
Stripe processes subscription payments and card details. Franixo updates your subscription access only from verified Stripe notifications.
How do monthly task draft limits work?
Each workspace can generate 10 (Starter), 50 (Growth) or 200 (Agency) task drafts per calendar month (UTC). Reopening a saved draft never uses a credit, and a draft that fails to generate isn't counted.
Can I use Franixo from my own AI tools?
Yes, on every plan. Create an API key on the Integrations page in your workspace settings and connect Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client that supports custom headers. Your AI tool can read your data-backed actions, get content briefs, check drafts against your data and ask Franixo to write task drafts, which use the same monthly task draft credits.
Does Franixo work with WordPress?
Yes. The free Franixo WordPress Connector plugin, included in every plan, brings your task drafts and technical fixes into WordPress. An administrator reviews each change before the plugin applies it on your site.
What is the GEO Agent and how do credits work?
The GEO Agent works through your brand's Actions after monitoring: it opens a pull request with site fixes in the GitHub repository you connect and prepares content drafts, which you review before anything goes live. It runs on Claude and spends GEO Agent credits only for its own AI usage; every other Franixo feature keeps your plan limits. One credit is $0.10, a run uses at most 150 credits, and the run shows exactly how many it used. Plan credits renew each month and don't roll over.
Can I buy more GEO Agent credits?
Yes. Workspace owners and admins can buy credits from Settings → GEO Agent credits, starting at $20 (200 credits), with a one-time Stripe payment. Purchased credits stay usable for 12 months and are spent after the month's plan credits. Automatic runs are off by default, so credits are spent only when you start a run or turn automatic runs on for a brand.
