Service and eligibility

Franixo provides point-in-time AI visibility audits, recurring monitoring, competitor and citation intelligence, recommendations, historical observations and plan-specific Agency workflows. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate account information.

Free Audit

Free Audit is a limited point-in-time measurement using the audit providers configured by Franixo. It does not include Google AI Overviews, create a subscription or grant paid monitoring entitlements. Audit availability, provider coverage and report access may be limited to protect the service from abuse.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security, authorized workspace use and the domains, prompts and content you submit. You may not abuse public endpoints, bypass limits, probe other workspaces, submit unlawful content or interfere with the service.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Starter, Growth and Agency are paid plans with monthly or annual billing intervals, plan-specific provider and Search Surface coverage and enforced usage limits. An account without an active subscription does not receive Starter entitlements. Stripe processes payments and applicable taxes on Franixo's behalf. Verified Stripe subscription events are authoritative for access.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period through the available billing controls. Access after a failed, paused, canceled or expired subscription follows the current entitlement rules.

AI measurement limitations

AI responses are probabilistic and can differ across executions, providers, users, locations, time and prompt wording. Google AI Overviews is a separate Google Search Surface from Gemini.

Franixo does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, citations, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue or business outcomes. Recommendations and impact comparisons are evidence-backed observations, not proof of causation.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit and grant the limited rights needed to operate the service. Franixo software, design and service materials remain the property of SCOPEONAI LLC or its licensors.

Agency reports and output

Agency report views are generated from persisted observations for the selected period. Branding applies to newly generated report snapshots. Client and portfolio reports can be printed or saved as PDF through the browser; Franixo does not currently provide public report links, a client portal or a hosted PDF-delivery service.

Availability, suspension and termination

The service may experience provider, network or maintenance interruptions. We may restrict abusive, insecure or unlawful use and may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Franixo is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms creates a guarantee of AI visibility or commercial outcome. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
