Opportunities & actions

From AI Visibility Data to a Clear To-Do List

Franixo separates what you should do from what you could do. Actions are must-do work that passed an evidence threshold; opportunities are optional findings you can turn into actions when you choose.

  • Actions backed by measured evidence
  • Optional opportunities you can convert
  • Task drafts for pages, FAQs and listings
  • Before-and-after impact tracking

Capabilities

Work that's tied to evidence

Every action and opportunity shows the prompts, answers, competitors and sources it came from.

  • Actions

Competitor visibility gaps, citation opportunities, visibility declines, competitor share-of-voice gains and technical fixes, prioritized for you.

  • Opportunities

Findings below the action threshold, such as a prompt where your brand is absent or a platform gap, that you can dismiss or turn into an action.

  • Task drafts

Generate a draft from the task's stored evidence: an alternatives page, an FAQ block, a directory listing, a page update or an action plan.

  • Impact tracking

After a task is done, Franixo compares visibility before and after. It shows what changed without claiming it caused the change.

How it works

How actions are created

  1. 1

    Measure

Weekly scans find gaps in mentions, recommendations and citations.

  2. 2

    Prioritize

Findings with enough evidence become actions; the rest stay available as opportunities.

  3. 3

Do the work and measure again

Complete the task, then follow the result in the next scans.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an opportunity and an action?

An action is work that passed Franixo's evidence threshold and should be done. An opportunity is optional: useful, but with less evidence or lower priority. A finding is never both.

How many task drafts can I generate?

Starter includes 10 drafts per month, Growth 50 and Agency 200.

Do drafts invent content?

No. Drafts are written only from the task's stored evidence and never invent facts about your brand. Review every draft before publishing.

Will completing actions improve my visibility?

There's no guarantee. Franixo measures before and after, so you can see what changed.
